Welcome to BETWAY, an online sports betting & casin o-based provider.

When registering, you will have a Betway Limited account. These Terms belong to Betway Limited.

Any accounts created or used in these jurisdictions will be closed and all bets made from these jurisdictions will be void.

3. Creating an Account

3.1 Verification

To use our services, you must be 18 years of age or older and of legal age for gambling in the jurisdiction in which you reside. Underage gambling is a criminal offence.

3.2 Eligible Customers

You may only register and operate a single account. If you hold more than one account, we reserve the right to suspend any additional accounts until all account details and balances (belonging to you) have been consolidated. 4. Your Account

During the account registration process, you will be required to choose a password. 4.3 Password

We reserve the right to suspend your account if the name you registered with your Betway account and the name appearing on your credit/debit card and/or finance/bank account differ in any way. Note: Your Betway account is for personal use, therefore we require that your account and payment method are real and used only by you.

Betway considers an account inactive if it has been 12 months since the last account login.

4.5 Inactive / Dormant Accounts

An administration fee of 5 euros will be deducted from inactive accounts each month until the account is discredited or reactivated. The first fee will be charged at the end of the 12th month after the last account login was recorded. You will be contacted before this happens.

Note: Your account will be charged a monthly fee if there is no login for more than one year. Don't worry, we'll let you know a few times before that happens.

You may withdraw your cash balance at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount set out in article 5. 4. However, you will need to meet the wagering requirements before you can withdraw your bonus or any winnings attached to the bonus. 5. Payment Details / Withdrawals

6. Bonuses

14. These Terms
