Perhaps his most notable achievement was hosting the popular Canadian sports talk show Prime Time Sports from 1989 to 2019. But just because he’s no longer on the airwaves doesn’t mean he’s out of the game. In fact, he’s still going strong with his YouTube channel and a podcast called The Bob McCown on Sirius XM.
Bob’s journey in broadcasting began in 1975 as the host of a nightly sports talk show on Foster Hewitt’s radio station CKFH. He then moved between various networks and shows, culminating in hosting The Business of Sports on TSN. But in 1988, he returned to CJCL (formerly known as CKFH) to host Prime Time Sports. His hosting of "The Show" solidified his position in the industry.

In fact, he became one of the most famous sports personality in Canada, and in 2007 he won the AIR Talent of the Year, a sports radio award. He is also a publisher and has written "McCown's Law: McCown's Law: Hockey's 100 Contract" with David Nailer.
But Bob is not just a symbol of the broadcasting world. The company has also acquired Niagara's Story Ridge Estate Winery, and has demonstrated the entrepreneur, with the full power of Mike Weir Wine in Beamsville, Ontario. And don't forget to remember the 3 0-year infamous bet on Toronto's NFL team with the former president and CEO Paul Godfrey of Toronto Blue Jays. Bob says "no", and Go d-free claims "there is." Which will win? It will solve time.

Maryland recently legalized sports betting and took the rare step of including language in the bill that prioritizes minority- and women-led businesses.
Signed by Gov. Larry Hogan in June, the bill opens the door for many types of businesses, including restaurants and bars, to obtain licenses for mobile betting, rather than the usual casinos, racetracks and other gambling companies that tend to lack diversity. It also urges committees that review applications to consider faster market access for minority- and women-owned businesses.
