There are six endings in Cyberpunk 2077, which vary depending on the player's choices and decisions. There is also a Phantom Liberty ending for those who have installed the DLC, and a secret ending for those who know the very specific and difficult conditions required to achieve it, which you may have made decisions unknowingly throughout the entire story of Cyberpunk 2077.

It is clear that the ending of a story has a big impact on the impression of the work, and knowing the correct ending of V and Johnny Silverhand's cyber saga is something many people will want to know in advance. Below are all the endings of Cyberpunk 2077, including the new Phantom Liberty ending, and the conditions and choices required to achieve them.

Of course, major spoilers for Cyberpunk 2077 and Phantom Liberty await ahead, so don't scroll past this V-shaped selfie unless you're ready.

How to unlock all Cyberpunk 2077 endings

On the other hand, to unlock the new ending of Phantom Liberty, Cyberpunk 2077, you'll need to complete one of the two endings. However, Phantom Liberty itself has a total of four endings, so to experience the new conclusion to V's story, you'll need to make the right choice to get either of the correct Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty endings.

Once you've done all that, you should be able to explore all the possible Cyberpunk 2077 endings below. No matter which ending you choose, you'll hit a "point of no return" that locks you out of unfinished business until you've wrapped up the story. After that, you'll return to Night City and continue the postgame at the point just before you start the Nocturne OP55N1 mission.

Okay, final spoiler alert: from here on out, we'll go into the specific details of each ending.

Here's how each ending plays out, including what happens to V, who didn't make it to the end, and how to unlock each ending specifically.

1. Phantom Liberty cure ending

Depending on your choices in Phantom Liberty (mainly whether you save Songbird or Reed in the Fire Starter mission in Dog Town Stadium), you'll need to get to the ending with Songbird and Reed alive. Either way, Reed will bring Songbird back to President Rosalind Myers, you'll discuss using the Neural Matrix to remove the relic, and the credits for Phantom Liberty will roll.

After that, you'll return to the main game, where Reed will contact you about the relic's surgery. You can actually turn down this offer at some stages, but doing so seems to lock you out of this ending permanently, so don't do it. Afterwards, there is a mission called "Who Wants To Live Forevever" or "Through Pain To Heaven" (depending on the ending of Phantom Liberty), which leads to a new ending in Cyberpunk 2077. Here's what happens:

1. After agreeing to undergo the surgery, you wait for Reed to contact you with the appropriate details, where he explains that the relic will be destroyed and Johnny Silverhand will die, and that you will have to leave Night City for a while. Just like the other Cyberpunk 2077 endings, you can head to the roof of Misty's Esoterica and call Reed.

2. Calling Reed will take you to a point of no return, regardless of your progress in the main story. If you wait on the roof, AV will come and take you to Langley. You will have a final conversation with Johnny over Night City and be anesthetized.

3. After a while, you will wake up from the surgery and be greeted by Reed. V is alive and the relic has indeed been removed. First, the deep invasiveness of the surgery to the nervous system makes most cyberware implants inoperable. The next big shocker is that you've been in a coma for two years and it's now the year 2079.

4. The lead also explains that it is impossible to return to the original life as a mercenary hired in Night City. V claims to return to Night City, and you can freely call your friends and Cyberpunk 2077 romance opponents and check them. Unfortunately, only Victor Vector is in the night city, and everyone else has moved in some way, but if you talk to a nurse on the intercom, you will be taken to Night City.

5. Drive in a rainy city by a Delamine car, and now AI tells you that Arasaka has withdrawn from Night City now that Yorin is no longer a CEO. With the blanks of the company, Militech raid and dominated, and there were many sights of advertising in Militech products and armed robots. Eventually, I arrived at Esoterica in Misty, which was a Zettech clinic.

6. After leaving the clinic, you meet Misty, listen to life, and talk about moving forward. In the last cut scene, you walk to her car with Misty and disappear into the city as a "face in the crowd".

As with other endings, a custom message is displayed from a specific character in the credit to explain what their lives are now. Rogue says you are still welcomed in the pos t-death world, but may not be a legendary person. Takemura blesses the removal of the Relic, but fails to catch Hanako and Arasaka Tower, and Hanako died, and Takemura hid himself. Lead acknowledges that he has disappointed with Seo Mi, but offers of work in Langley are still valid.

2. Trust Arasaka ending

Regardless of the level of relationship with Johnny and Night City's casts, the final mission always has the option of trusting Arasaka. Johnny doesn't like to form a team with Hanako, but gets an omega blocker and says goodbye to Johnny.

Let's briefly explain this development:

1. When you call Hanako, Hanako reveals that he is caught by his brother. She sends a pic k-up car driven by Anders Hermann. While waiting, Misty will help you.

3. After this, find Yorinobu, talk to him, and entrust him to Hanako. Helman takes you to board a portable shrine and enters cyberspace to reunite with Johnny. You talk to him at length, leave Johnny with Aruto, and return to your body.

4. When you wake up, you are in Arasaka's orbital station somewhere in space. The tests are repeated, driving you insane. Eventually Herman wakes you up and presents you with a choice that will have the following results:

Sign a contract to join Arasaka's pilot program "Secure Your Soul".

• If you refuse to sign the contract, Helman explains, you will receive your package and return to Earth, where you will die before winter. That's where the game ends. You will not be allowed to return, and you will spend the last six months of your life finishing up side jobs in Night City.

3. Ask Panam for help

If you've finished Panam's arc within the side jobs (you'll know when the achievement pops), your relationship with her should be solidified to the point where she (along with the rest of the Aldecaldos) will help you all the way. This is the only way to get this option in the ending.

Because it allows V to have a (semi)happy ending. So, despite Johnny's hesitation to ask the Alvacardos, and despite the risk of losing a ton of lives, it's worth exploring.

Here's how to get Panam's help at the end of Cyberpunk 2077: 1. Call Panam and she'll agree to help you break into Arasaka Tower and get to the shrine, and say she'll come and pick you up. While you're waiting, have Misty give you a tarot reading to unlock the last card.

2. Panam returns to Aldecald's camp and discusses a plan to dig a tunnel under the Arasaka Tower. When Dakota contacts Alto and breaks through the Arasaka Tower, Alto will come to help, and Mitch will talk about the change in Basilisk.

3. After this, Seoul forms you officially a member of Aldecardos, and Panam will give you a dedicated jacket (you will have a high armor, you will be back to night city later). After that, you will celebrate at the camp.

4. The next day, look around the construction site before heading to Basilisk. Fight inside and outside the basilisk, and pass through the tunnel. Sadly, you lose the supporting roles of Bobby and Teddy here.

5. When you enter the drill inside, make sure that Mitch returns to the basilisk Albercardos. Don't worry, he survives on the drive. After that, use a drill to dig a tunnel in the sole, Panam and Arasaka.

6. Proceed on the lower floor of the tower, connect to Alto, and help you defeat Arasaka's guards. Here you have to fight Adam Smasher. All you have to do is rush into the mikoshi.

6. How to get the Cyberpunk 2077 secret ending

1. Johnny takes over and goes straight to the pos t-death world to talk to Rogue. She agrees to help you, make a strategy on its own, and bring more collaborators. No unlock conditions

If you are not interested in the above options, there is an option to end everything. This option was presented when one of the other ending paths was selected, and Johnny said, "I can't go back anymore." Then, the option of "end everything" is presented. If you choose it, V throws the medicine from the roof.

Travel High and Far

This is a bit of a hack, but it's another ending option where you can see good solutions with zero victims (excluding Johnny and V buildings). It is necessary to build a good relationship with Johnny, so it is necessary to make the right choice in the campaign and side quest so far.
