HR Business Partner
We are looking for excellent HR business partners at Winnipeg gypsum board manufacturing facilities. This position plays an important role in supporting the teams of various customer groups in the facility. We provide guidance on human resources such as onboarding, performance management, conflict resolution, reward, employee engagement, recruitment, employee and labor relationships.

Daily work content
- Through coaching and feedback to effective leaders, the culture that demonstrates high performance is rooted.
- Advises leaders on professional ability development plan, business improvement plan, and effective use of gradually disciplinary action.
- In order to achieve business goals behind success, leaders will be instructed on the creation of an environment that is the basis for achieving a good relationship with employees to achieve hig h-class engagement and retention rate.
- Supports all labo r-management relationships in factories, such as complaints.
- Support with the team to develop employee engagement activities.
- Manage STD, LTD, and workers' compensation for compensation for worker disasters, and promote safe return to work.
- Supports the pillars of human resource development and the initiative of cultural development.
- Support for internal surveys on employment
- Interpretation and implementation of relevant employment practices (laws related to employment and human rights, labor agreements, labor law, etc.)
- Always understand the knowledge of personnel, talent management, employment method trends, best practices, regulations, and new technologies, and apply this knowledge to tell the factory team about policy, practical and resources changes.
- We will cooperate with a wide range of human resources teams regarding human resources and total rewards.
