Absolute scammers. I signed up for sports betting and took advantage of the 10 bet 10 get campaign. I deposited 10 and bet 10. They won't apply the bet because I deposited with my PayPal card. By the way, if you deposit directly from your card they charge a fee. What a thief.

The T's and C's under the offers and bonus policy don't say anything about it not being PayPal.

Avoid these cowboys. I have filed a complaint with the Gambling Commission.

STAY WELL CLEAR NEW PLAYERS

I would give it a 0 if possible.

I registered as a new player but didn't get any new player bonus when I visited the promotion page. I recommend you not to use sites like this. I don't recommend these fake ads.

Terrible customer service

Change their mind about offers after taking your money

Karamba offered a welcome bonus after my first bet. I asked why I wasn't given the bonus after I placed the bet. Apparently management decided to stop the bonus from being applied to my account. No reason given. No refunds. Stay away from this company.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE…

Don't waste your money with these thieves. I deposited £600 over two weeks and finally won £400 at the casino. It was deposited in my account. I deposited like an idiot and won £750 a few days later. I've been trying to withdraw for two weeks now and still haven't been paid. There is no contact number on the website, no email service, no chat service. I have since contacted the Gambling Commission and a complaint has been logged but nothing has happened so far. It's been three weeks now. I warn you.

Brilliant experience for me

I deposited and got a free bet, and won some bets with my own stake and the free bet. I wouldn't hesitate to use Karamba again if they lure me with a decent promotion. So after seeing the bad reputation, I decided to try it. that's right! I paid 30 pounds and uploaded the documents. I didn't receive the bonus offer and I had never received it. The documents were confirmed in a few minutes. I played in some slots and cashed out £ 330. The site also says the drawer has been approved. If you receive the prize money, we will report again.   About payment methods and win and withdrawal limits

  Live chat is no longer available. Bonuses and free bets are promised but not realized. Previously, you could make requests through live chat, but now there is literally no way as live chat is unresponsive. No email replies. Even worse, cashout doesn't work. They don't even pay out anymore.
