I logged in in Spain and lost a few hundred pounds. I was then told that the games in Spain were restricted and I should not have accessed the website. A total disgusting company. I opened an account, deposited £300, played half of it, then they kicked me out of the game I was playing, wouldn't let me log back in, and when I spoke to customer chat they said I can't have an account with this company because I have an account with William Hill and they will close my account. I said they would refund my deposit but you basically stole £140 from me. They refused and just refunded what was left in my balance. I have forwarded it to the Gambling Commission and ADR provider for investigation. Please advise if anyone is having trouble with something similar!

Avoid at all costs! They have kept my winnings and my money for 7 weeks! A while ago, I got a total of 80, 000Gbp, but they blocked my account and asked me to provide ID which I provided over and over again. The funny thing is, they let me play with the funds waiting for withdrawal while they waited for the ID which I provided over and over again, but they didn't let me withdraw. Stay away from this scam company. I deposited £200 yesterday and after a few checks, 3 spins, I started playing low stakes roulette and my account was blocked. I still had £200 when it was blocked. I've been on live chat 4 times now and it's been escalated to our finance team and your money is safe, no bullshit! After reading other experiences I'm going to speak to my bank's fraud team as I have no other choice. I told them the deadline for payment but I don't think that will happen. This was going to be my new go-to site. They have some of my favorite games from Hacksaw and Elk Studios. But for some reason, they have a withdrawal fee of £1 regardless of what method you withdraw. This is unreasonable. Other sites I use don't charge a fee to get your money back. For free withdrawals, you might be better off sticking to Sky Vegas, Leovegas, Bet 365, William Hill Vegas, Play Ojo, Party Casino, etc.
