The Tampa Bay escaped the worst, but an Idaria brush that occurred off the coast of 100 miles rushed in water, and the Tarpon Springs, St. Peter's Burg's Shore Achers, Hudson, etc. The house was flooded. Bayshore Bourvard was flooded in the tumper, but the worst flooding in Hills rug was along the River view Arafia.

Experts have divided opinions on whether East Bay, Central Peat, and Clear Water have been hit by a record storm surge. If the spare data was accurate, St. Peter's Burg said on Wednesday morning on Wednesday morning. If the preliminary data is accurate, the storm surge of Idalia will be lined up with the current record of the city recorded in 1985, but according to researchers, this data will be changed in the next few days. 10:35 p.m. Forecast for Idalia was very accurate
Hurricane Idaria's impact of Tampa Bay was very close to the forecaster's prediction. Rick Davis, a meteorological scholar at the National Meteorological Bureau Tampa Bay Office, said that the hurricane technology was greatly improved.
In June, the National Hurricane Center began using a new hurricane analysis and prediction system to predict the activity of storms. "The Hurricane Center's prediction is that many science has been introduced.
According to Davis, it is difficult to predict the storm surge of the tampa bay. Floods may occur in a certain area, but it is more dry in another area. "The tampa bay is very large and varied." In the general prediction of the bay, these numbers seem to be quite successful.
One of the important factors that saved Tampa Bay from the deterioration of storm surge was the nort h-upper speed of Idalia. Usually, storms with fast moving speeds have little storm surge. "The speed of the wind is not so long because the speed is fast," said Davis. "The Idalia has a slow movement speed, and a larger eyewall has guided the wind and storm over to the Fort Myers Beach area.
Idalia landed in Big Bend also involves the fact that Idalia had less damage and death than Hurricane Ian. "People around that generally build up a hig h-floor building, so it can respond to some water," says Davis. "The population density is not as high as the tampa area." -Jack Plaratar

The tropical storm Idaria pushes the coastal coast of South Carolina into inland. On North Murl Beach, Garden City, Charleston, and Edist Island, seawater crosses dunes and sand walls and flows on roads along the coast.
The tide is full of Charleston Port. The Charleston National Meteorological Bureau is calling for a dangerous situation and calling out to stay away from the beach and stay away from flood water.
Idalia also briefly spawned a tornado in Goose Creek, outside Charleston. According to authorities and witness video, the winds blasted a car into the air and flipped it over. A person sustained minor injuries. - Associated Press

9:35 p.m. Pasco fatality not storm related
A fatality in Pasco County on Tuesday will not be classified as a storm fatality, Pasco County Emergency Management Director Andy Fossa told NBC News on Wednesday. The Florida Highway Patrol initially said the fatality was related to Hurricane Idalia.
"The weather wasn't that bad when this guy was driving," he said. "He was driving on an incredibly curvy road. Unfortunately, he struck a tree and lost his life. Emergency services were able to get him out quickly, so we're going to classify this as a traffic fatality, not a storm fatality."
A Georgia man was killed by a falling tree while clearing a closed road on Wednesday as Tropical Storm Idalida moved through the Valdosta area, according to Lowndes County Sheriff Ashley Polk.
Governor Ron DeSantis said at a press conference Wednesday night that there may have been one hurricane-related fatality in Florida. The accident occurred in Alachua County, where a man died after driving his truck into a ditch during heavy rain. At the press conference, DeSantis noted that no flood-related fatalities have been reported, and no missing people have been reported due to the storm.

6:41 p.m. DeSantis: One possible death from Idalia
Governor Ron Desantis has announced that one may have died in Hurricane Idaria. The state police are investigating a fatal "traffic accident", which may be the first death associated with Arashi. "The death may be confirmed. It has not been confirmed yet." But the matter is in the hopper and under consideration.
According to Director Kevin Gasley of the Florida State State State State Bureau, the search and rescue squad has not yet found a dead in the house, and has no reports of missing people. According to Secretary Desantis and officials, residents seem to have followed evacuation orders.
Desanthis said that the aftermath of Idalia was different from the aftermath of last year's Hurricane Ian, which had about 150 dead, and police not received a kind of phone call this week. "The calls from people who have been full of water and panic have happened very early, and happened relatively early," Desantis said about Ian. "That's obviously welcome news.

2:50 p.m. Update on health care facility evacuations
The storm surge had subsided enough in parts of Clearwater Beach on Wednesday afternoon that city crews went out with front-end loaders, dump trucks and street sweepers to begin removing sand and debris from the roads.
Earlier that day, at the peak of Hurricane Idalia's impact, water rose 4 to 6 feet in parts of the beach, said Jevon Graham, emergency management director for the Clearwater Fire and Rescue Department.
In the city's initial assessment, around dawn, Graham said, crews could only get as far as the roundabout near the beach's entrance, where they could wait for the water to subside. But by the afternoon, the beach was accessible enough for the public works department to begin removing debris and fallen trees and to scoop sand from the sidewalks and roadways. Because sustained winds were under 40 mph, Graham said, damage was less than it would have been if stronger gusts had come.

"We were very fortunate in the sense that we didn't have any really strong winds," Graham said.
As of Wednesday afternoon, some low-lying areas on South Beach and residential North Beach were still flooded, and the storm surge was still around 3 feet, Graham said.

TALLAHASSE E-A few hours after the eye of Idalia passed Florida, Governor Ron Desantis said that no one had been identified.
According to Director Kevin Gasley, director of the Florida Emergency Management Bureau, the Florida authorities confirmed that about 100 people stayed in the forced evacuation area of Levy County and about 50 in Taylor County. Gasley is convinced that more people are staying, but the number has been confirmed by the state and local law execution agencies to the local door. Gasley says the search rescue squad is deployed, but it may take longer to search than Hurricane Ian.
Unlike Fort Myers, the Big Bend area in Florida is more rural, so the houses are far away and there are many obstacles on the roads. Gasley says Perry in Taylor County was the most damaged. There were some houses where fire and roofs had fallen.
In Florida, about 250, 000 units have a power outage, most affected by Desantis. Approximately 262, 000 houses have a power outage, but then recovered.

DeSantis urged people with personal generators to move them outside their homes and 20 feet away from all doors and windows to prevent poisoning from toxic fumes. The Florida Department of Transportation is preparing 650 heavy equipment and trucks to clear what is expected to be widespread debris along with downed trees and power lines. DeSantis said they are also keeping an eye on areas of Florida's Big Bend region where storm surge is expected.
