Both these stages contain multiple sub phases where a company analyst plays a very important role. We will look at them in detail.

But usually in this stage a project / operational manager, the program manager and subject matter experts play a significant role. Sometimes, this stage is also known as blue printing.
In certain instances The scope stage include the requirements gathering process while in some circumstances, it gets pushed to the analysis phase of the project.
